WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A SESSION?

  To prepare:

• Trust this simple process for energy clearing, and you’ll soon be very comfortable.
• I’ll compassionately walk you through each step and explain what we’re doing.
• Please ask any and all questions as you’d like.
• I focus my heart and intention on compassionate love for you and for your energy clearing. In that state, I do not (cannot) judge whatever you tell me. And, it is all confidential.
• Drink plenty of water (I will, too) to be well-hydrated as energy clearing flows best through liquid.
• Have a refrigerator magnet handy to do the clearing action. This starts by running the magnet from the middle of your forehead and over the top of your head to the back of your neck. It is usually 3x but sometimes we clear energies by doing this process 10x. It is not complicated, or eerie, or woo-woo. The magnet pulls out the unhappy energies from your body and releases them into the cosmos. You really are changing things inside you.
• You can also use your hands to clear the energy as our hands have a strong (unseen) energy field surrounding them.

The session:

• I will begin with silent prayer to my higher power, then, using muscle testing through a pendulum, I will connect to your energy and your subconscious.
• I test the pendulum’s answers by asking simple yes and no questions, like “My name is Denise.” If it says no, and I say, “My name is [your name],” and it says yes, we are connected. Sounds weird but it happens. I’ve been doing this a long time, and it still amazes me. We also disconnect our energies when the session is done.
• Using a chart provided by Dr. Bradley Nelson, the founder of the Body Code System and my intuitive questioning, I let the pendulum (your subconscious and Spirit) guide us to the issues that need to be cleared out. We follow the instructions and do the release with the magnet or your hand. Simple and effective.

Why connect to the subconscious?

• Your subconscious cannot lie. It also knows everything you’ve ever felt, tasted, heard, seen, etc. It is said that our subconscious and unconscious brain determines 90%-95% or our lives with our conscious thoughts only determining 5-10%. Again, amazing. Your subconscious and Spirit will always answer our questions truthfully and with your highest interest in mind.
• I cannot read your thoughts at any time. However, my intuition is primed and ready to work closely with you to let the pendulum guide us to the unhealthy energy (emotion? misalignment? toxin?) that needs to be cleared energetically. Muscle testing guidance will guide us to the right energy to be released and may even guide us to when that energy or emotion became trapped in your body (e.g., an emotion of confusion from 1990).
• Keep in mind that I am not a medical professional and muscle testing is not 100% fool-proof. We still use our logic as well as our Spirit wisdom for making decisions. I also do not diagnose diseases.

Do I have to tell you my secrets?

• No. You never have to tell me anything. Your subconscious knows and may reveal it to your conscious brain. You might remember something right away, or you may not. So, you do not have to relive any traumas. Just release them.
• However, you can tell me more about that time in your life when the energy was formed--or not. It is up to you. I can know whatever you want me to know.
• My role is to help you move that energy out in a loving and compassionate way so that it can be replaced with higher vibrating energies that lead to healing and health.
• We try to clear 5-9 unhealthy energies a session and maybe work on a heartwall, if needed. I will take notes and get to them to you after the session.
• If we include intuitive coaching, we do an hour-long session and include special guidance and check-ins to help you move forward.

What happens after the session?

• We ask the pendulum (your subconscious) if you need more sessions and, if so, when should we do the next one. Practice has taught me that 3-6 half-hour energy clearing sessions work wonders for folks.
• Energy changes instantly, but our bodies need time to process the changes. It can take 1-2 days for the processing. You may feel just fine, you may be tired, you may have bad dreams, you may sleep extra soundly, you may not feel well. Just be patient and let it process. We will set an intention that you process these changes well.

Will I notice any changes?

• Most often I hear “I feel lighter.” “I could feel my heart change.” “I felt that tingle in my knee.” “I just feel different somehow.”
• Sometimes, you don’t “feel” anything.
• Sometimes a pain goes away instantly. Sometimes it comes back because you have more to clear. It takes a long time to accumulate trapped unhealthy energies, so it takes a while to release all of the energies in an area of the body.
• Watch what happens in your life…
  • Did you clear up an argument with someone?
  • Did you make a new friend?
  • Do you see things more clearly now?
  • All of these things get unblocked once you release the low-vibrating energies that are trapped in you.

This is what happens all in 30-60 minutes by phone or Skype. It never, ever ceases to amaze me!
