Does color affect your mood? In case you haven’t noticed, restaurants know this, too. That’s why you’ll notice they have yellow or orange or reds because they stimulate you to eat more, drink more, and spend more. Green has been shown to increase creativity. So, if you have an office or meeting space where you need good thoughts flowing, make sure there is some green: plants, walls, pictures, anything.
As humans, we have seven main energy centers, each with a different color frequency that goes with it. I think of ROYGBIV: starting at the bottom chakra with red, then orange, then yellow, green (heart), blue, indigo, and violet for your crown. Here are my three tips:
