Are You Ready for Change?

I know I was.

Just a year and a half ago, I was exhausted from leading two non-profits, managing family changes, and grieving the loss of my brother. I entered my 60s, tired from the demands of life and frightened of my future. As the last one standing from my family, would I also die too young?

​With this inner tension, I found myself overreacting to the slightest things. I was anxious, irritable, and tense. I felt stuck with no idea where to turn. And I didn’t like it.

Thankfully, I found a healer in my community who was a Certified Body Code Practitioner. I signed-up for a session not knowing what I would encounter.

But I was desperate for direction, insight, and change.

She introduced me to the world of energy clearing and its profound ability to effect change. I was able to clear the blockages that kept me stuck, connect to Spirit, and listen to a deeper wisdom. In just a few sessions, my trapped emotions and past traumas were energetically released and gone from my body and soul.

My tensions released, and my anxieties lessened. Those plaguing emotions and unhelpful self-beliefs started disappearing to be replaced by more peace, calm, and joy. I was astounded and eager to learn more.

Today, I am also a Certified Body Code Practitioner with a Spirit-driven energy clearing practice dedicated to helping men and women get unstuck and move forward into their new lives, loves, and passions without lengthy therapies, added medications, or painful processes.

By getting unstuck, becoming more aligned with my own soul, and moving forward into a deeper life, I have moved into my new life, loves, and passions in unbelievable ways.
