Hi, again, this is Denise, and I’m in what’s called “Movement Restriction Control” in my hometown here. That means we need to stay home, stay off the grounds, and only go out for food, doctors, or absolute necessities.
I wanted to share a quick message with you considering the events that are unfolding on the planet as we speak. The COVID-19 events directly affect our lives, because we know that tomorrow will not be the same.

I'm still talking about letting go of the perfectionist part of me that clung to me for a long, long time.
Now, being perfectionist isn't about doing things well or to your highest ability. Those are good things. Because we do that to challenge ourselves and simply do well. Very good! If you look at the picture above, you'll notice that I've been blessed with some really good food here in Malaysia. This is a picture of high tea on a beautiful afternoon at the E&O Hotel, a classic colonial structure in the heart of Georgetown, Penang.
I just returned to Penang, Malaysia from a 7-week friends and family tour of the USA. It was good to be there, and it's good to be home.
A friend and I have been sharing our gratitude emails for maybe eight months. And, yes, our miracles are constantly unfolding. By changing our vibration to a higher level through gratitude--gratitude that is written down and shared--we each have had major breakthroughs in life. Now, our gratitude emails are not always written just right nor are they about everything glorious. They are real but with a twist of appreciation that comes with changing your perspective on things that come into your life. Truly, give it a try. Get the book and find a friend who will commit to doing this with you for at least 40 days. Enjoy your miracles! |
